What happens next

You get a receipt by email with a reference. A person from the Ekimeet team reviews your notice; no automated system decides, and a notice on its own never hides anything. We email you the decision and what you can do if you disagree.

We don't tell the person concerned who sent the notice, unless the law requires it. We keep your name and email only while the case is open and for six months after, then erase them.
